Engaging: Maria & Nick

So excited to introduce you to one of our cute duos, Maria and Nick!  This playful couple met while serving in the armed forces and were attracted to each other's inner strength and drive. Maria is a confident southern belle from Texas with her motto being "strong is the new skinny".  Nick is a California guy who if turned into a car would be the Bat Mobile (the rugged one in the newer movies). When this active duo is not participating in a mean crossfit workout they are enjoying themselves at the Melting Pot or having a nice romantic dinner while sipping on some wine. We are approaching their colorful and fun September wedding that we have plans to make just as unique as they are and we can't wait!

Engaging: Susie and Jared

We are hooked on the photographs Acqua Photo took of our spunky engaged couple. Susie and Jared are seriously such a fun duo and we have quite a great color pallet going for them! Bright and cheery all the way! This outgoing couple first met at Long Beach State in the dorms. Susie became a teacher and Jared works in visual effects. Now this bow tie lovin' couple keep it funky fresh with the coolest dog in town named Pickle.

Susie and Jared are crazy mad in love with each other and here is why...

• Susie: I love his silly laugh and his silly sense of humor. I love how much he cares for his family and his willingness to take care of them. 
• Jared: I like that she's athletic and that she goes out and does stuff...the opposite of lazy. I like that she takes care of the BIZ and doesn't let things rest.

The festivities will begin the fourth of August at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe. We cannot wait and wish you all could come because this is going to be a celebration to remember!

Engaging: Alexis + Michael

These two.... what a good lookin' little couple, right?! Not only do we adore this sweet bride, but we knew we were a perfect match when Alexis told us that she was also wanting to work with Jill Thomas, our friend and one of our fave photographers!

We haven't met Michael yet, but he looks like such a sweetheart in all of these photos--we just can't wait to meet him!

We are so excited for Michael and Alexis, and can't wait for their summer wedding filled with daisies, blueberries, and all things sweet! Jill did another fabulous job; we are so glad she will be a part of their big day!
