My Mom just finished planning and executing the last wedding of her three daughters. If your recommending this book I'll bet it would have come in handy over the last few months. It all went swimmingly and we're all still speaking to each other, but I would love to share this book with them for a little closure.
My mom and I make a great team because we are so much alike in so many ways and almost polar opposites in other ways. We are good sounding boards for each other and make each other think about things we otherwise wouldn't think of. And she puts up with me when I'm feeling ornery. That right there makes her mother of the year! :)
Mom and I make a great team because we can finish each others sentences, often leaving my dad in the dark as to what we're talking about. Despite living 900 miles apart, we talk almost every day. And I'm in awe of her triathlon skills!!!
My Mom and I will and DO make a great team. My father was diagnosed about 15 years ago with a life changing disease. We have worked together as a team caring for him. Now we are finding ourselves planning a wedding and planning a kidney transplant for my dad, with Me(the Bride to be) being the donor. I wouldn't be able to do all this with out the help of my mother =)
My mom and I make a crazy, but great team! After getting engaged on New Years, we are planning a wedding for this July. She is very detail oriented and likes to get things done "now". While I am much more laid back. We compliment each others planning style well. So when she calls me in the middle of the night to ask me if I have even thought about flowers for the bathroom and I didn't even know I needed flowers for the bathroom, we can both laugh at each other and take it from there. I can always count on her to pick up the pieces I miss.
Congrats to the Lovely Bride ~ you are the winner of our giveaway!! Get ready for some good reads :)
Thank you! I can't wait to start reading the book. Thank youdo much. How do I get my info over to you guys? My email is jorgediane@gmail.com. Thanks again :)
