The Fantastic Four

To my birthday boy...you have brought me more joy than I could ever begin to tell you. You are my super little man, my protector against all bad guys. I love how you believe in your super powers. I love how you tell me they work everywhere but in the water. I love how you believe in yourself and that you can do anything you set your mind too because you are tricky. I also love that you still believe your daddy and I when we tell you that finishing your peas will make you run just that much faster. I love how everyday I get to pretend to be rescued by you and how sometimes you call me mommy princess when you are Finn the knight. You are into saving the day and yes, you are brave! I love that I get to be your mommy.

Tonight when I tucked you in....I told you 4 reasons why I love you. It was so hard to narrow it down. I will always love you more than we have years to count.

Happy birthday Monkey Man! Heather, you're amazing at everything you do especially being an awesome mom. (Except for throwing a softball and whistling. You could use some work on those ;)
Je t'aime.

Today while in my floral design class, the teacher asked the students about someone who had style. I said my good friend Robin from SoCal. After class, a girl comes up to me and asks where I am from - because she knows Robin too! It was Jane G. daughter Melinda! Small world we live in.

aw that is a great post!

hey, any ideas on how to choose our reception location? we are torn between the beach ( a 3 hr drive) or a destination wedding i.e jamaica, etc. and can't seem to choose a place!

bhealthier,
That is a hard one! Being that the beach is a 3 hour drive...you basically have a destination wedding on your hands either way as well as a beach wedding. I would sit down and weigh the pros and cons of both. There really can be so many unexpected factors as well, especially with a destination wedding that I would strongly suggest hiring a wedding coordinator who can help you through the details. Hope that helps!

I am brought to tears... What a beautiful note to your son, Heather! Thanks for including us and the cake in your sweet blog. Mostly, I am honored to know you and work with you as often as we do. You are a lovely, amazing person with an equally amazing family.
Happy Birthday Finn!
