real wedding: Kara & Alex

I just popped over to Jen Dery's site and saw some of the beautiful images from a wedding we worked on together. I thought I would share a few from Kara and Alex's wedding back in October. The ceremony took place at Alex's parent's home, that was absolutely incredible. The backyard couldn't have been more perfect for a garden ceremony.

These 3 little guys were the groom's nephews and were so darling...and managed to make it all the way down the aisle!

The ceremony was so tender and special. It was so sweet watching how emotional Kara got. She had been so worried about it the day before when she had a hard time making it through the rehearsal...but I really feel like those emotions are part of what makes weddings so beautiful.

Following the ceremony we headed over to the reception that took place at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club. It was perfect for the elegant woodsy feel of their wedding with the warm tones and vaulted wood ceilings.

Thanks to Jen for the gorgeous photography and for being so great to work with. Be sure and check out Jen's blog for her latest work and many more great images!

These are gorgeous photos and I love the bride's dress, it's stunning!

After recently buying my own gorgeous wedding dress from www.idonowidont.com me and my fiance are looking for an incredible wedding photographer who can capture the moments of our big day as stunning as Kara and Alex's wedding is!
